We collect what we need to get coffee to your door, and nothing we'd have to explain later.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, entered on Razorpay's payment page and shared with us, plus what you ordered and your payment status.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• When you contact us: your messages and contact details.

This website

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

How we use it

• To grind, pack and ship your order, and to run your Standing Order.
• To contact you about your order, delivery or refund.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send offers or news, only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments and refunds.
• Courier partners, who get your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. Everything else is deleted once we no longer need it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email [Support email] and we'll respond within [30 days].

Security

Only the people who pack and ship your order can see your details. Payments run on Razorpay's PCI DSS-compliant systems.
