The short version: you order, we grind your coffee, we ship it within 7 days. The longer version is below.

1. Who we are

This website and the Tattva brand are run by [Legal business name] ("Tattva", "we", "us"), [Registered address]. GSTIN: [GSTIN].

By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. What we sell

South Indian filter coffee powder in two blends: House Blend (70% Arabica, 30% chicory) and Pure Blend (100% Arabica), in 250g and 500g pouches, and the Standing Order plan described below.

Coffee is a natural product. Taste and colour can vary slightly from batch to batch.

3. Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and [include GST]. Any shipping charge is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time; you pay the price shown when you place your order.

4. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

If we can't fulfil an order, for example because your pincode isn't serviceable, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

5. Ground to order

We don't keep ground coffee in stock. Your coffee is ground and packed after you order, and ships within 7 days of payment. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. The Standing Order

• A prepaid plan for 3 or 6 months, paid in full at checkout. The minimum is 3 months.
• Each month's box contains one [X]g pouch of the blend you chose.
• Box 1 also contains a decoction maker and a dabara set.
• The 6-month plan includes one free 100g pouch of the blend you choose.
• The plan does not renew automatically. Nothing is charged after your upfront payment.

7. Using the product

Coffee contains caffeine. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or are sensitive to caffeine, check with your doctor before drinking it. Store the pouch sealed, in a cool, dry place.

8. Our content

The Tattva name, logo, illustrations, photos and text on this site belong to us. Please don't reuse them without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [City].

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date at the top.
